Contente a la base sauf que le produit ne marche que deux ans, chaque année reconnecter a la guirlande très compliqué pour finir par ne plus marcher! Produit trop vite obsolète !

Great products great customer service
Absolutely superb customer care. Despite being out of warranty they sent me a new connector which solved my problem and all lights working again. Initially they did not have the part in stock, so after a small wait time, they informed me it was on its way. Sadly, nowadays not many companies would take the time and trouble to go the extra mile for their customers. It has been much appreciated and I can once again enjoy their fabulous lights again. Thank you Twinkly.

Excellent service support
I asked Twinkly for support to get a replacement for a new power supply. I have received immediate response from Twinkly and they have been very precise to guide me through all the steps to receive a spare power supply. I've been using Twinkly products for several years, and while I recently experienced a hardware issue with one of my Festoon sets, the support I received was outstanding. Maura from the support team guided me through the entire troubleshooting process with patience and professionalism. After reviewing the information I provided, Twinkly immediately sent a replacement controller. During my own testing, I discovered that the actual problem was the power supply, and without any hesitation they arranged to send two replacement power supplies so I would even have a spare for the future. A few months later I also contacted them because I had accidentally ordered a product with a UK (Type G) plug instead of the European version. Even though this wasn't their mistake, they kindly arranged to send me the correct Type F plug. Communication was always friendly, honest, and transparent. Even when a warehouse reorganization caused a shipping delay, they kept me informed and followed through on their promise. Great products are important, but great customer service is what creates loyal customers. Twinkly definitely earned my trust, and I can wholeheartedly recommend both their products and their support team.

Bug on App Taken Seriously
I came to them with an issue with the timer on the app. They tried to help me, asked for video of the phone screen and screenshots so they could try to figure it out. Neither of us could, so the issue kind of dropped. Low and behold, the next app update came out and they fixed the issue with the timer issue! I am so grateful that they kept working on the issue instead of ignoring it completely. I truly appreciate the hard work they have done to find the solution.
