I am updating my review to confirm that this company (Travelner) continues to use deceptive and crooked methods to evade their responsibilities. I want to inform everyone that I have officially escalated this case to the highest legal authorities: Dubai Police (eCrime): An official report has been filed regarding their fraudulent activities. Dubai Economy & Tourism: A formal complaint is active under case number EC-79755. Qatar Authorities (E-Crime Department): A formal investigation is underway following the instructions of Dubai Police to coordinate internationally. Bank Chargeback: My bank in Morocco (Attijariwafa Bank) has been notified to recover the funds (7,475 MAD) for non-delivery of services and commercial fraud. Do not be fooled by their contradictory emails. They are under investigation by the authorities in both the UAE and Qatar. If you are a victim, do not hesitate to report them to the police immediately. I will not stop until my full rights are recovered.

Be very wary of using this company
Be very wary of using this company. Applied for some urgent 2 day indian transit visas, paying a sizeable sum for the privelege. One visa took many more days to arrive. It quickly became very clear the company had no priority relationship with the Indian visa authorities, providing stock copy & paste answers that were extremely unhelpful and did not reflect in any way the urgency of the situation. Nor did they take appropriate responsibilty for failing to deliver on the two day timeline (or anywhere close), providing neglibile recompense only. Clearly, if an urgent 2 day visa service is sold - unless the visa is rejected - the visa is required in 2 days; and worthless if delivered many days late.
