Doing the test was quick and easy with simple to follow instructions. Results came in quick and the results were displayed clearly with helpful tips

No scientific backing, do not recommend
No scientific backing, gave very generic results including gluten, wheat,dairy. I have had stomach issues for over a year & purchased a full test for both my mum & I. Unfortunately when taking my results to my local gp I was told that this type of testing preys on peoples vulnerability. I could be removing whole sections of good sources out of my diet unnecessarily but with the company advising you might feel better or if no change reintroduce. I had wanted to use this side by side with the NHS but for me this ended uk being of no use. I did contact the company & groupon directly for any goodwill gesture credit but this was denied. I hope people find my review useful as when you are suffering you will try anything.

It's very helpful to know which foods are causing issues, rather than trying elimination/adding back in. That takes forever. The test tells you which additives to avoid. I also know now which vitamins, minerals, and probiotics are low. They got the results to me in one week. Thank you!

Very indepth.
It's a reasonable cost. The initial hair sample collection was easy to do & waiting time for results only a few days. A bit awkward if you don't have a printer as you have to download a bar code & address to apply to the envelope. The tests for food & non food items is extremely in depth, including additives & plants animals & metals. Very thorough. Saying this, there are a few food items l would query that l know l have an intolerance too but they aren't mentioned & others that l can quite safely consume, that are? Also l'm unable to download the free pamphlet? On balance l would definitely recommend this testing company.
