I locked approximately 69 million of my own tokens through UNCX for about a year. When the locks expired, I expected a straightforward process to withdraw my tokens back to the original owner wallet. Instead, the UNCX website would not display my locks. I connected the correct wallet and checked the appropriate sections repeatedly, but the dashboard continued to show no locks/vesting available. I submitted a detailed support request through their website, including my contract address, pair information, wallet information, and Telegram contact information. I received no useful response and was left unable to access a significant amount of my own tokens through their interface. Eventually, I had to bypass the UNCX website interface entirely. Using BaseScan, I traced the original transactions directly to the UNCX Token Vesting smart contract, identified my three lock IDs, queried the contract to confirm the ownership, amounts, and expiration information, and then interacted directly with the verified smart contract to withdraw the tokens. All three withdrawals succeeded immediately, and I recovered approximately 69.4 million ANGR. This proved that the locks themselves were valid, had expired properly, and were associated with the correct wallet. The problem was accessing them through the UNCX interface and getting adequate support. For a service whose entire purpose involves locking and later recovering valuable digital assets, users should not have to learn how to interact directly with a smart contract on a blockchain explorer just to retrieve their assets after a lock expires. The lack of timely support made the situation even more concerning. The smart contracts ultimately worked as intended, but my experience with the UNCX website and customer support was extremely poor. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service.

My experience with both the platform and the support team was positive.
