Awful Order Fulfillment Timeline
The delivery timeline from Undone is remarkably unprofessional. I ordered an item set to ship in Q1 2026, and its now 4 months later with no item nor updates. I would give a review if the quality of the item, unfortunately I don't have one to do so with.

Sent for repairs twice, returned to me broken twice.
I purchased a limited edition U7251. While still under warranty I sent it for repairs after the winding rotor became detached and was spinning freely in the case resulting in the watch being unable to self wind. I sent the watch to Hong Kong as instructed and it took months to get the watch back, including a two month wait on a customs hold due to their unfamiliarity with international customs procedures. After all that, the same problem happened again in May. I Sent the watch in to be repaired Again and I just received the Watch and unbelievably, it is in worse shape than when I sent it in in the first place to be repaired. Now, the rotor is completely dislodged and jammed against the case back, and the Watch cannot be wound at all, so essentially I sent in a broken Watch for repair and they sent me back a broken watch after four months of waiting. The watches are beautiful but unfortunately all but useless if they spend eternity in the black hole of UNDONE repair facilities. Just to be returned to the customer unrepaired and still broken. This is a disgrace and at this point I just want my money back for the purchase of this nonfunctional paperweight.

Excellent Watch and Purchasing Experience
I recently purchased the UNDONE Aquadeep Trigalight GMT and, having now received and worn the watch, I am very pleased with both the watch and the overall purchasing experience. The Aquadeep has even more character in person than I expected from the photographs. The case construction and finishing are very good, the textured dial has impressive depth and changes considerably depending on the light, and the orange details work beautifully with the otherwise black and grey, purposeful appearance. The Trigalight system was one of the features that originally attracted me to the watch. After experiencing it throughout the night, I particularly appreciate the subtle but continuously readable illumination without the need to charge it from an external light source. Together with the 500 m water resistance, GMT function and overall construction, it gives the Aquadeep the character of a genuine tool watch. The purchasing experience was also excellent. UNDONE dispatched my watch considerably earlier than the originally indicated mid-August timeframe, the packaging was very good, and delivery from Hong Kong to Greece through FedEx was handled professionally. Customs clearance was completed without any additional duties or taxes being charged to me, exactly as expected when I placed the order. Overall, a distinctive and very well-executed watch and a very positive experience with UNDONE. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
