Not so good
Not so good. U2 unite is crazy slow. U6 is unable to connect to the app, some unresolved clash with the U2 unit. Unable to share files with the Mac (have not managed to do that). No support, no manual. I am sending mine back.

Lousy customer service
The UT2 drive that I ordered did not come with any memory installed. When I tried to find 8TB SSD modules online, none were compatible. I have tried contacting the company to return the device but there is no phone # available, and the AIchat and email both state I will be contacted in 24 hours. However the only response I received sent me back to the AI chat which gives me the same message. Their customer service is horrible.

Prompt delivery but need help for setting up
Prompt delivery. I am a relative novice in setting up NAS and hence i wish there was a good 1. Detail instructions 2. Video of how to set up and get started There is not much on YouTube which is surprising as most videos are only promotional by advance users.

Bad Documentation, buggy software and no Tech Support
The UP6 arrived quickly and in impressive packaging but that's the end of the great experience. First I had a hard time finding the screws to install the M.2 drives then the documentation was pretty much useless. Once I got to the point of setting it up the UP6 kept freezing up and couldn't complete the updates process. I turned in 3 support tickets and still haven't heard a word back from any of them. After 3 days of trying different things I finally got the updates to load and it started working correctly. I will be taking it on a project next week and we will see how well it performs. If you buy this be prepared to spend some time trying different approaches to make it work. I think with better software on the UP6 from the factory and improved documentation and better tech support it could be a great product, it's just not ready yet.
