Unigardin är lurendrejerare
Unigardin är lurendrejerare! Köp inte från dessa. Förlorade 5000kr vid köp från dem! Tar inte ansvar och köp absolut inte tillägsförsäkringen den är värdelös, kundtjänsten är trevlig innan köp sen vänder det och de blir otrevliga vid klagomål.

UNIG Gardiner
Have asked for a free sample in one collection and Unig says that they have sent it in a letter. But nothing arrived. So I asked for a new sample, nothing arrived. So now it's been 4 times I asked and four times Unig says that they have sent. First time about a month ago - for a letter. And the adress is correct. I also asked if they could sent a new sample in a trackable envelope and I told them that I personally could pay for it. The answer from Unig came in a mail today and the answer was that they refuse...even if the ordinary method doesn't work they prefer to send new samples as they always do.... So not much of flexibility... For some reason they asked me to use , so above is my experience. Answer to UNIG 1) Normaly it takes 4-5 days to get an order from Denmark - other companies. You say that it sometimes takes 3 weeks for customers to get orders from UNIG. Don´t you think that´s a bit strange/unusual? For us, we have 4 orders/samples which havn´t reached us yet and the first one we have waited for more than a month... You say that you don´t know the reason why. Maybe you should change delivermethod/company or investigate what have happened - instead of just saying that you don´t know and keep going with the same method. 2) I´f you look in your mailbox from the 14th of october you can see that I offered to pay for a trackable package. So that I havn´t asked - that´s a lie from your side. If you want I can post a copy of the mail here on 3) The reason I wrote about Unig on is that other people also seems to have interesting experiencies...and we are a customer since we made an order from UNIG. 4) On your site you write that you have "hurtig" deliveries. I don´t agree since I havnt got any deliveries at all. 5) If you can´t deliver a simple envelope and don´t know the reason why it fails - four times - how could I trust you to order curtains and pay in advance? How long will it take to deliver? Will it be delivered at all? 6) We are old customers to UNIG. Have in the past made orders 3-4 times - and no problems at all. So I don´t know what have happend to UNIG since last time? Really sad.

Extremly bad service
Extremly bad service, first there was a problem with the order because the payment didn´t go through which was a bug on their website. Then we waited a couple of weeks for the delivery and when it arrived it turned out that one out of three products which were all ordered in the same size, was too long and clearly wrong. But we didn´t get any refund. Customer service was unfriendly and not helpful.

Unigs måttförsäkring lurendrejeri
Unigs måttförsäkring är lurendrejeri. På hemsidan står ”Om du råkar ta fel mått till dina nya skräddarsydda gardiner från UNIG, kan du teckna vår billiga måttagningsförsäkring utan självrisk. Så byter vi ut dina gardiner gratis.” Men detta gäller inte om gardinerna blivit för smala, utan bara om de blivit för breda. Usel information. Leveransen var också orimligt lång, vi fick vänta en månad på gardinerna. Kan inte rekommendera detta företag.

Har beställt persienner via internet…
Har beställt persienner via internet och betalade direkt, fick ett leveransdatum, men det har gått 5 dagar från datumet men ingen leverans och har försökt kontakta både UNIG och leverantören utan resultat!
