Incomplete reviews of uPhotogifts / Poor Service and Quality
I don't know why, but this list of uPhotogift reviews does not seem to be complete or up-to-date. I have seen other more recent reviews and even completed a review myself about a month ago, but it does not seem to be here. I had a book printed by uPhotogifts in Februaury 2021 and it was ok. Recent experience getting a reprint of the same book and getting three more printed (May -July 2021) has been very bad. Very long waits (initially about 5 weeks), then books too dark when arrived. Complained and eventually (after several weekly reminders) got replacements, which were way too light. Have given up and now use another company, which is more expensive, but consistently good in quality and delivery. uPhotogifts told me that they had some recent problems with printers. Whether the service is now any better, I don't know, but I shan't be using them again.

Used to be very good and I have had…
Used to be very good and I have had over 10 photobooks with them. Recent experience has not been good. They offer vouchers which you pay for in advance but the codes given have never worked on the website. Initially this problem was dealt with via e-mail correspondence but no response at all to my two last e-mails and using the phone helpline is a dead loss. Just been kept hanging on for half an hour and still no response. Eventually sorted after 40 minutes and told company has moved to new premises and they have experienced lots of teething problems and need to update their websites and contact details!

I've created a number of photobooks…
I've created a number of photobooks with Uphotogifts and they have all come out really well. Chris and the team were extremely helpful when I had questions and all in all, I found the service to be seamless. I would highly recommend - the photobooks are of the best quality and are a fitting showcase to treasured memories.

Great quality photobooks
I have made a few photobooks on uphotogifts now after purchasing vouchers. Compared to other photo book websites I found it pretty easy to make and edit the books and the quality is really good. Also I had an issue with one of my vouchers which was promptly sorted no problem so I was also pleased with the customer service.

Cannot Log in any more.....I bought a…
Cannot Log in any more.....I bought a phonebook before Christmas which was good. However, I haven't been able to log in since to get more products as it doesn't recognise my address any more. Photogifts seem to have a problem here, so will have to ditch my previous work and go somewhere else I guess.
