When Blond turns into Ginger!!!! When real turns into fake
I bought a short hair, real hair, blond wig, or so I thought! it looked lovely in the picture. What I received was totally different, fake long curly hair which was bright ginger in colour and nothing like I had ordered. There was no instructions within the packaging explaining how to put it on and I was extremely disappointed. I am sending the wig back and inform Paypal that I want a Refund.

Scamming con artists. Avoid like the plague. The wigs are advertised as a lace front wigs, which they are not, and the colour and style were totally different from the website. I then spent weeks trying to get a return address out of them, which I finally did, but eventually settled on a partial refund as I honestly didn’t trust sending it back to them and starting the whole email back-and-forth negotiations all over again.

I have put a one star rating as there is nothing lower. This website should be shut down. I wish I had checked these reviews first but when your hair is coming out in clumps due to chemo you lose all sense, I guess The company is not based in UK. The wigs are not human hair they are plastic and all the fibres fall out as you touch the wig. To add insult to injury when the box arrived it said your present on the front, hello this is not a present I purchased this God awful thing. The one I received is nothing like what they advertise. It has no shape and the colour is disgusting. I have asked for a refund but I am sure that will not be forthcoming. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I WOULDN'T EVEN WEAR THIS WIG IN THE GARDEN .

Avoid! Why is this company still allowed to trade in the UK? Website is misleading, telling outright lies. They are scammers! Unfortunately you don’t always think straight when you’re ill / having chemotherapy so didn’t check before spending £125 on a wig. Website states human hair , synthetic wig arrived which didn’t resemble the imagine / style on the website. £20 wig purchased via Amazon was better quality (and advert factually correct unlike this company) . This company refuse to provide a return address or refund. How can this be legal in the UK?

This company is disgusting
This company is disgusting I spent over £100 on a wig which was worth about £20 , Shein sell similar ones Their website states you can get a full refund However they tried to offer me half of what i paid and keep the wig which was rubbish I said no .. they then asked me to send it back which i did at my own expense for it to be held at chinese customs for months who then sent me it back The company still has not paid me back any money and ive been blocked from their own website so i cannot write how bad they are .. do NOT use this company they are awful The wigs are horrible and cheap You will not get a refund
