Phenomenal Products and Customer Service
I can't say enough about the phenomenal customer service experience that I had with Vaulttek. Being in law enforcement, I knew it was important to have a secure way to store my bedside firearm so family members could not have access. I purchased a Vaulttek biometric safe and it worked perfectly. I was able to access my equipment quickly and easily, but my children could not. When the device had some minor issues (probably related to a power surge at our home) Vaulttek worked with me quickly to replace the unit. I can't say enough positive things about the product and the customer service. Both are exceptional and will absolutely influence my decisions in making future purchases.

I owned several of these safes great customer service
I owned several of these safes. I recently bought a barricade safe and was having problems setting up the four digit code. After trying about an hour, I finally reached out to Brandon at VAULTEK and he walked me through the process seamlessly. What a great guy.

Customer Support; Extremely Impressed!
I had lost my key and forgot the combination to my vaultek 1.0 gunsafe. Vaultek customer service went above & beyond trying to assist me with this problem. Unfortunetly, I was unable to obtain the P/N which was located inside the locked unit. After several emails between us; Vaultek offered a refurbished unit- due to me inevidebly having to breach the unit forcefuly to gain access to my firearm. They were professional, understanding, engaged in following through to my satisfactory resolution.

Great support team
I contacted Vaultek Support after the wireless Qi charger on my DS2i Smart Station stopped working. As I live in France, my safe was technically outside their US warranty coverage. Despite this, Travis and the Vaultek Support Team went above and beyond to help and offered to replace my discontinued DS2i with a brand-new NDS2i, asking me to cover only the international shipping cost. Excellent customer service and a very generous solution. This kind of support really builds confidence in a brand. Thank you to Travis and the entire Vaultek Support Team!
