I'm having a problem with a card, which they are describing as one you can get OTP in email, which isn't working. I asked for help in telegram, then they once responded and asked for my email. So I responded to it. Since then, they have gone silent for five days. To be fair, I've once bought a card for verification and it worked. I'm not sure if this is scam or they are just very very non-responsive. But, the statement written in their contact us page: > Reach us anytime—our team is responsive and ready to assist you 24/7. It was just false. As written above, they've ignored my issue for 5 days. Edit (and a reply to vccpro.com's comment) (Apr 30): No, it's not resolved at all. Still stuck at the OTP page. It says "OTP is sent to a mobile phone number 10000...****", it's not my email. Moreover it looks like it's not a proper number. Well why don't you just reach me in Telegram in which you've stated that you can reach out? It's been around a month and you're still not replying. At least you should provide some details and explainations if not scam. Edit (May 1): Now they've sent a new card ("Virtual Card for Amazon AWS Verification"). But the order I'm complaining about is not that but a premium vcc you've listed in your website before. I paid $11.34 for it through www(dot)vccpro(dot)com(slash)invoice(slash)pay.php. (bscscan(dot)com(slash)tx(slash)0xa5d7d11bcfe1f913e3246cca9d1db25aeca89405e54250ea1ac3f144037bd8de) (well it's annoying that doesn't allow links) And if I remember correctly the card of the balance should be $7 or $8. And I assume the balance of the card you've just sent is $1. Now, for compensation, will you add $6 or $7 to the card you've sent? Maybe you could give me another card or perhaps just a refund. Also will you reach me by email? Because I don't have a WhatsApp account. And will you tell me why you can't reach me on Telegram? You've once responded on it and then gone silent.

Issue Resolved Professionally and Fairly
I would like to describe a situation that occurred a few days ago. There was some kind of technical issue within the company, and I discovered that the remaining balance on my card had been deducted, while my subscription payment was unsuccessful. Naturally, I was concerned and requested an explanation. I was informed that approximately eight hours were needed to resolve the issue. If the problem was not fixed within that time, I would either be offered a new card or be able to withdraw the remaining balance. After eight hours, nothing had changed. Customer support was not very quick to respond, and after some time I was told that an additional eight hours were required. I agreed to wait, but I had already begun preparing a message requesting a refund of my funds. However, I was then offered a new card with my existing balance, which I used to successfully pay for my current subscription. It was reassuring not to be disappointed in the company. Difficulties can happen anywhere and to anyone. What matters most is maintaining reputation and customer trust. In my case, this was achieved. Five stars for resolving the situation.

This is a total scam site or a stolen non-operational site. It accepts payment, doesn't deliver the promised goods, and there is no support. Should VCCPro decide to return the payment, I may or may not delete this review. Edit: Vccpro's earlier answer is total tomfoolery and fraud. I have demanded a repayment of the paid money. VCCpro refuses to answer two nice emails to their email address. They simply don't reply at all. When writing this review, VCCPro answers with some kind of fraudulent video not relevant for the case, about something else, and appearing to be made in the jungle in India with an mobile phone, and not at the big bank office displayed on VCCPro's webpage with the promised capacity of around 3 average-sized US banks. No chat with vccpro has ever taken place and will never take place. VCCpro shall return the monies. Another interesting detail about vccpro's answers is that they appear to be written with an Indian dialect, as in the country of India. This makes it likely that the entire vccpro website has been stolen or captured by fraudsters, or that vccpro's employees have made a mutiny and simply taken over the company's digital assets. Just imagine that they post links from a mobile phone in the jungle as their "support answer." Vccpro is currently a total fraud site.
