Vichy capital solail sps 30 Så køber man sol olien, og tror man får den samme, så har de lavet produktet om, den lækre olie, som trængte fint ind, har de lavet mere tynd vandet, så man får slet ikke den samme bløde fornemmelse, huden føles underlig når man stryger hånden ned ad armen, føler mig snydt

SCAM❌❌ don’t buy from here
I ordered from here for my little brother. He wanted to return it and I wrote to them. They answered and said it was to late but when I shipped it to them via PostNord I can se when the package has arrived to them and when they have gotten the package from there. They took the package 4 days late so my returned package was there for 4 days then they took it. That is why it was to late to do a return not because I didn’t return it on time. Then I sent mail to them and got pretty angry therefore a person from the company calls me 21:00 in the evening and calls me stupid and that I am the B-word. I said to him that he is stupid and that the service is so bad. He also accused me of reporting them and I haven’t done that so he just screamed at me. I said you are literally not saying anything right now, can I at least change the size because it was a little to big. He said yes and mind you this was in mars it is July now. I have written emails to them because they were gonna send me a smaller size but I haven’t gotten a smaller size or the money back. So i really don’t recommend this. They are so unprofessional and calls you in the middle of the night and screams at you. ❌❌❌ spend your money somewhere else because it is not worth it here!

Ho acquistato Aminexil Clinical REGEN BOOSTER Dercos della Vichy, sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto ma ad una mia domanda al servizio clienti come dovevo gestire il prodotto per avere dei risultati ottimali, mi è stato risposto così: “Gentile Angela, Grazie per averci contattato. Le ricordiamo che i nostri prodotti sono da intendersi come cosmetici e non come farmaci, pertanto il proseguimento o meno dell'utilizzo di un trattamento è a discrezione esclusiva del consumatore finale. Un saluto Federico” Secondo me, quando immetti un prodotto sul mercato, devi anche essere in grado di dare dei consigli specifici sull’uso di questo prodotto. Questo atteggiamento di lavarsene le mani non mi è piaciuto

Good products, awful customer service
Vichy makes great products, but their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Two weeks after placing my order, I received an email stating that it had been cancelled without any explanation, and I was instructed to reorder. When I did, the items were no longer on sale and the promotional gift was no longer available. Shortly after that, I received another email saying that both my original order and my second order had shipped, which made absolutely no sense. I emailed customer service to ask for clarification and received no response. When I finally managed to speak to someone, I was told that someone would follow up with me—no one ever did. I followed up again and still received no response whatsoever. For a company of this size, the lack of communication and accountability is shocking. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent and, quite frankly, embarrassing.
