A Great Car Rental Experience
We rented a Dacia Duster 4x4 from Viking Wheels Car Rental for 7 days at a very reasonable price and both the vehicle and the services provided by Viking Wheels were outstanding. The whole process from making the reservation with Viking Wheels to them delivering and then picking up the Duster at the hotels we stayed at in Reykjavík went so smoothly. Renting the Duster from Viking Wheels was one of the best decisions we made in planning our trip to tour Iceland. The people at Viking Wheels were professional and so very kind and supportive. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to rent a car in Iceland to contacting Viking Wheels Car Rental.

Das dritte Mal Viking Wheels
Ich habe zum dritten Mal bei Viking Wheels ein Auto gemietet. Ich wollte eigentlich wieder den Toyota mieten, da dieser aber nicht zur Verfügung stand, wurde mir sofort ein sehr gutes Angebot für den Dacia Duster gemacht. Das Auto war wie gewohnt in gutem Zustand und bot sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Ìvar und Rey war sehr gut, sie haben für alles eine Lösung und geben viele Informationen. Die Abholung vom und zum Hotel ist ein wichtiger Vorteil, wenn man in Reykjavik ein Auto mietet. Auch das kostenlose W-Lan ist nicht selbstverständlich. Alles in allem kann ich Viking Wheels mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Sie bieten ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und einen unschlagbaren Kundenservice.

I reached out to Viking Wheels one day before my travel due to a misunderstanding and cancellation of my former rental. Rey and Ivar were so kind and helpful—super responsive. They kept me updated on an incoming blizzard and provided me with recommendations for places to visit and other relevant information to make my trip feel smooth and safe around Iceland. A great plus that they offer pick up and drop off service with the car. I really appreciated the ease of getting in touch with the company through WhatsApp! It was also comforting to have someone in the country to reach out to with different travel inquiries, especially when traveling alone. Definitely recommended, and when I'm back in Iceland, I'll book with them again!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Ivar and Reynir were incredibly helpful from before the booking right until the end of our trip. They were very flexible and always answered our questions quickly. They are truly lovely people, and it was a pleasure chatting with Ivar while he drove us back to the airport! The car was perfect for our trip, and we had an amazing time. Next time I will book with Viking Wheels Car Rental again :)
