We recently stayed at Villatels 8…
We recently stayed at Villatels 8 bedroom superhero harbor in the Solara Reasort this house should not be advertised until some of the home issues are fixed. If Villatel is going to advertise a fully functional game room, then all of the game should be in working order if Villa Taylor is going to advertise a family oriented fun filled theater room then the theater room shouldn’t have torn inoperable chairs with an Ac unit that sounds like a diesel engine blinds should not be on the floor curtains shouldn’t be partially hanging from rods. There should be no trash around the property. It took 48 hours before the freezer started freezing our food. The grilled we ordered didn’t arrive until the next day we had to call in a work order to fix the pool table and one of the video games. The video game was never repaired. At the end of each booking, Vitale should be well where what works and what doesn’t work and what needs to be repaired no guest should should arrive to start their reservation with issues already in place. I wish I could add photos

Good enough
Our unit was clean and the furniture was nice. Customer service was slow however. We were missing a spatula and I had to call 4 times before one was delivered. Hungry kids waiting an hour and a half was not ideal. Our BBQ also never worked. After waiting 2 hours for service, we eventually decided to fry our burgers. Not deal breakers but pretty inconvenient and annoying. The pool and wave pool were a hit.

Great place for a family getaway
This was a beautiful place for our group of 16. Several of our family had mobility issues, so it was nice to have several bedrooms in n the first floor. This home was very clean and all bedrooms were comfortable and private. We enjoyed the the Karoke room, fitness room, the theater room and the pool area. We were impressed with the laundry rooms and the spacious kitchen. We look forward to coming back again.

Perfect Home for a Magical Birthday Stay
We had an amazing stay celebrating my daughter’s birthday! The house was extremely clean and had so much space for our family to relax, play games, and enjoy time together. The game room was a big hit, and the heated pool was absolutely perfect we spent a lot of time there and had a great time. My daughter’s favorite part was the Minnie Mouse room she loved it so much and talked about it the entire trip. We did have a small issue with the water pipes, but it was handled quickly and professionally; someone came out within 30 minutes and fixed it right away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this home for families looking to make special memories.
