DO NOT BUY — Misleading Product Images
I’m an influencer who reviews clothing, jewellery and other products online, with over 582K followers who trust my reviews. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had so far, and I will also be sharing my experience across my social media very soon. I originally left a genuine 2-star review on their website because the chain I received was completely different from the chain shown in their product images. They removed my review from their website, which raises serious concerns about the credibility and transparency of the reviews displayed there. The cross and engraving are nice, but the chain is nothing like what is shown online. The advertised chain looks much thicker, longer and more substantial, while the one I received is extremely thin, short and feels fragile. After I complained, they told me the chain specifications were listed on their website. However, the 1.7mm specification was not there when I purchased the item. The website appears to have been updated after my complaint, and I was then directed to that information as though it had been there originally. Regardless, customers naturally judge what they are buying from the product images, and those images clearly show a much thicker and stronger-looking chain. I found the presentation extremely misleading. I spent a considerable amount of money expecting a quality piece that would last for years. I was even planning to purchase several engraved chains for my family, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. If you’re looking for quality jewellery, try Crafted. I’ve never had a bad experience with them & I've reviewed them many times. what you see on their website is what you receive, with no misleading product images.
