Disappointing quality for the price
I ordered two custom vinyl records from Vinylacy. The idea is great, and the first impression when placing the order was actually quite good. The website looks nice, the customization process is interesting, and I was really looking forward to receiving something personal and special. The waiting time is quite long, but I expected that because these records are custom-made. So far, that was okay for me. Unfortunately, the records I received are not properly playable. This is not about the appearance, the design, or the cover. The problem is the actual playback quality. One side does not track correctly and the needle slides across the record. On another side, the sound is very muffled. The volume changes during playback, there are dropouts, and I can hear pitch and speed fluctuations. To make sure it was not my turntable, I tested an original vinyl record on the same setup (Michael Jackson BAD). That record played perfectly, with normal tracking and clear sound. The problems only appear with the Vinylacy records. What disappoints me most is that these records are supposed to pass a final quality check before shipping. If a proper playback check was done, these problems should have been noticed. At least it does not feel like the final quality control was effective. Because I was away on holiday from 21 July to 14 August, I could not properly test the records immediately. When I contacted support, I was told that the 15-day reporting period had expired and that a replacement or refund was very unlikely. For the price, I honestly expected much better. These records were not cheap, and I did not order them just as decoration. I ordered them to be played. Sorry, but I am genuinely disappointed.

Ce site est super, la création du vinyle est intuitive, l'équipe est réactive et très gentille lorsqu'on à des questions par mails. La qualité est parfaite j'en suis même choqué. J'ai reçu mon vinyle en quelques semaines mais c'était vraiment pas très long donc je recommande x1000.

Rien à voir avec les produits mais…
Rien à voir avec les produits mais entreprise qui ghost ses candidats après avoir réalisé un cas pratique d'entretien d'embauche. Un simple mail de refus aurait suffi: ça ne coûte rien, ça prend deux minutes, et ça montre un minimum de respect pour le temps consacré par les candidats.;)
