Don’t trust them bought item from there Ebay site and they send wrong item email them and they promise to send label to refund moneys month ago not heard from them after getting in touch with EBay .

Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. Ordered an air conditioner on eBay and it showed I would receive within 4 days, which was great. However there was never any update on the tracking and by the second day of no messages returned by this company I asked them to cancel the order. Two days later they said they could not cancel it... it had NEVER SHIPPED so there was no reason not to cancel. Meantime over ten days later they have not sent the item, not refunded my money and just sent a notice they were shipping and sent a tracking # which UPS shows was only generated by VIP and the item was not picked up. Again, I told them to cancel and refund. They ignore all emails. I was able to call eBay and explain all of this and they said that I was covered under moneyback guarantee of the orig delivery date they did not meet. I also contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge from VIP. This company is a complete disaster with beyond poor customer service that ignores you. Beware - I have had nothing but aggrevation since I placed the order.

If I could give negative stars!
If I could give negative stats that’s exactly what they would get! Received a portable dvd player that supposedly came with a warranty . Was never given warranty information and when it broke less than a month after receiving was told to return for a replacement so I did and it’s now been a month since they received it and I still don’t have a replacement! Claims they’ve “escalated” the issues 4x now and still nothing. Awful awful company!

Don't shop here
I bought two brand new air conditioners in damaged boxes from Vipoutlet on eBay. Nobody bothered to inspect the items before shipping as both were severely damaged. Just trying to return the two units has been such an ordeal and I will never use this company again on eBay or Walmart.

Watch was said to be "open box"
Watch was said to be "open box" Yes some one opened the box, used it, had it refurbished. I guess I just misunder stood what open box means. I hav a watch I bought 15 years ago and wore daily. Before I put it on my wrist I opened the box. Now I can sell it for a premium since it is by definition and open box watch.
