Very disappointed
Title: Very disappointed – actual dress looks nothing like the advertised quality I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from VIVICH. I ordered this dress because it looked beautiful, elegant and high quality in the photos on their website. Unfortunately, what I received was very different from what I expected based on the advertisement. The actual dress looks and feels much lower quality, the fit is completely different, and the dress is excessively long on me. I have photos showing the dress advertised on their website compared with the actual dress I received, and the difference is very noticeable. For the price I paid, I expected the product to reasonably resemble the quality, appearance and fit presented online. I am now requesting a return and full refund. I’m sharing my experience so that other customers can check independent reviews carefully before purchasing and make an informed decision. I will update this review depending on how VIVICH handles my return and refund.

I ordered two party dresses from Vivich. The pink dress was delivered within ten days and it looks just as it was advertised, but I have been waiting for the second dress that is purple and the delivery has not been tracked yet for almost two months. Frustrating experience!

Exceeded expectation
I was hesitant to purchaseafter seeing the negative reviews. But I went ahead and placed a relatively large order recognizing it might take a couple months for all of the pieces. They did not come quickly, but I did not expect them to come quickly. I received communication whenever item was shipped. And I received the items as per the website. They fit great and look great. I am not sure what other reviewers were expecting but the company did meet and actually exceed my expectations for some of the pieces. Thank you.
