Extremely Disappointed with Vivre: Poor Support and Incomplete Delivery
This is my first order through Vivre and I am extremely disappointed. I constantly order furniture online, so I am no stranger to products sometimes arriving damaged or missing parts; it happens. However, the fact that the support does not provide complete information and is unable to offer comprehensive details is truly a new experience for me. The table arrived damaged, and the main screws required for assembly were missing. The support team responds to every third email with incomplete information. After almost four weeks, I still do not know when I will receive the remaining parts, if I will receive them at all, or if I will get a refund if I return the product. Now that the period for returns (14 days) has expired, nobody is answering my emails. I have a damaged, incomplete product and am getting no information. I highly recommend not buying from this website. I should have been smarter and looked at more reviews, as I can see everyone is having a similar experience. I ordered from Vivre based in Croatia.

Terrible customer service.
Does this company even have a customer service?! Placed an order online about a week ago, but I regretted it after reading many reviews. So I wrote customer service / the mailadress as provide on their website. I asked if I could cancel my order. They never responded. A couple of days later, I yet again wrote to customer service asking the same question and asked if they even had seen my first mail. Still haven’t heard anything. Now the product has arrived but I would like to return it. It seems like that it’s an option. I can’t find any return formula on the website and the item came without a return formula. The price is also higher than the price showed on the website. What can everyone learn from this? Read the company’s reviews, if not all of them, than many of them. Find the product you’re looking for somewhere else.
