I ordered what was supposed to be 2 Apple iPhone cases. I received them and they look good but the silicone is thin and not protective enough for phone if dropped on a real hard surface. The silicone on the Apple iPhone case from the Apple Store that I purchased is much more sturdy. I purchased the cases because they were red and they didn’t sell red in the Apple Store, and because it was written that they could be returned. Well… I have contacted Vogueen serval times via email requesting return information and have yet to hear back from them. I don’t if they’re waiting for the 30 days to be up so I can’t return or what. All I know is they have not responded, and the telephone number listed on their contact us is no good. I keep getting the message that “ my your call cannot be completed at this time, please try your call again later.” I get this message every time no matter what time of day or night I call. I will not be using them again, because they are not an honest company.

Ghosted after purchase.
Bought two cases at the beginning of January and they were the wrong size. Tried to immediately remedy the situation. No response from the company via any of their purported methods of communication. Not at the beginning of January nor any week since(I have tried contacting multiple times weekly since the purchase). Not answering calls. Not returning emails. Not responding to chat box. Despite the website saying "24/7" communication and "usually responds within 24 hrs". I guess I am out money. My mistake. Avoid this company if you value customer service.

If I could have put no stars I would. I ordered an airpods pro case. Not only did they send me the wrong size, but it was also absolutely nothing like the picture. Just a bit of rubbish rubber. I have emailed customer service twice over the last few weeks to get a refund and return it, but have heard nothing back. Complete disgrace. It's an absolute shame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Poor Customer Service
I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get a return packing slip since the case is not magsafe and I didn't realize this. I have not gotten a return email and the customer service number just rings with no answer. I would NEVER order from here again. I guess I lost my money!!!! I think it's shameful that the Shop app has their company on here if it has such poor customer service!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! FAKE Apple Iphone 16 phone case. Magsafe is weak and silicone is cheap rubber. Wouldn't trust my phone in it!
