I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this product and my overall experience with this company. The product I received looks nothing like the photos or description on the website. It is advertised to have a realistic stone appearance, but that couldn't be further from the truth. In reality, it looks obviously plastic. The seams are highly visible throughout the product, making it look cheap and poorly manufactured. From just a short distance away, it's easy to tell that it isn't stone, which completely defeats the purpose of purchasing it. What made this experience even worse was the company's return policy. Even if you return the product in brand-new, unused, mint condition, they still charge a substantial restocking fee. On top of that, they require the customer to pay the return shipping costs. In my case, the return freight alone was over $1,500, making it incredibly expensive to return a product that did not match the expectations created by their own website. I purchased this product based on the company's descriptions and marketing, expecting a premium, stone-like finish. Instead, I received a product that fell far short of those claims. Between the misleading presentation and the excessive costs associated with returning it, I cannot recommend this product or this company to anyone.

Eigentlich müsste ich mit Minus…
Eigentlich müsste ich mit Minus bewerten. Ich habe online ein Outdoortisch für 2800€ erworben. Nach einem Jahr weißt die Tischplatte Mängel auf. Vondom tauscht den Tisch nicht aus. Jeder billige Mist hält länger als dieses Designerstück. Erbärmlich für so ein Hersteller. Der Tisch für den Außenbereich keine 100€ wert. Mir wird ein Pflegefehler nachgesagt.

No tengo respuesta, el mail no funciona y no hay teléfono donde llamar. Creo que es estafa y ahora sale una página muy parecida o igual que se llama vibiahome.

Nunca me llegó el pedido
Nunca me llegó el pedido. Lo reclamé y me mandan un seguimiento del mismo como que está entregado y que consulte en mi oficina de correos. En correos no tenían conocimiento de ese número de pedido, por lo que era imposible que ellos fueran los responsables de la entrega. Les vuelvo a escribir reclamándoles no sólo mi pedido sino también la empresa de transporte que "supuestamente" me lo había entregado y nombre del repartidor. Nunca me han vuelto a contestar. No tengo mi pedido y se han quedado con mi dinero. Son unos estafadores muy bien organizados, además de mentirosos.
