My withdrawal has been unpaid for two…
My withdrawal has been unpaid for two months already and anytime I sent messages to their support they kept mute and never responded. Don't trust this firm with your money because they won't pay you. I am now with # lvlhash#..# they do respect the interest of their clients and all my withdrawals has been going smoothly.

I am currently in a prolonged attempt to recover non trading funds
I am currently in a prolonged and unresolved dispute with Vortex FX regarding the return of USD 28,073.60 in non-trading funds. I first requested this withdrawal on 20 March 2026. The funds were placed in a separate non-trading account at Vortex’s request and have remained there, untouched, ever since. Since that date, I have received repeated assurances from multiple representatives (including Dan Kingsley Samuel, and James Ashbrook appears to be attempting to assist), including: - A confirmed timeline on 16 April that the funds would be returned within 72 hours - A promise of transfer confirmation within 12 hours - Multiple statements that the withdrawal had been “approved”, “queued”, or “being processed” However, as of today, no transfer has been executed, no confirmation has been provided, and the full balance remains visible in the account. Over a period of more than 9 weeks, I have been given a range of explanations including: - “AML checks” - “liquidity provider approval” - “credit facility review” - “internal processing delays” These explanations have been repeated, often word-for-word, while no actual progress has occurred. At several points I was explicitly told the withdrawal had already been approved, yet no funds have been received and no verifiable transfer evidence (such as a SWIFT confirmation) has ever been supplied. Alongside this, I have also raised concerns regarding: - breaches of stated risk limits on the trading account - promised compensation that has not been delivered - lack of provision of trading records for tax purposes I have now submitted a formal complaint and set a clear deadline for resolution. If this is not met, I will be proceeding with formal recovery and regulatory action. I would strongly urge Vortex FX to resolve this matter immediately and honour the commitments that have been repeatedly made. I will update this review if and when the situation is resolved.
