Excellent customer service
I’ve been really happy with my TM7, but what really stood out to me was the customer service I received when I needed a replacement part. Shane Westell was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout. He dealt with my issue quickly and arranged for the part to be replaced without any fuss. It was such a refreshing experience to deal with someone who genuinely wanted to help and made the whole process so easy. A big thank you to Shane for his excellent customer service — he’s a real credit to the team. I’m very happy with my TM7 and would definitely recommend it!

Half-way broken Packaging
I was happy finally to receive my Thermomix. For a surprise Thermomix and other stuff came separately. Thermomix was packed well. But I was surprised how the other package was packed. The box looked halfway closed. Thankfully nothing was missing Inside the box .But the box of other item was broken and dirty, looked like somebody played football with it 😁 Besides that all is perfect.

I bought a thermomix which works well
I bought a Thermomix, which works well and which I generally like, although I find the portion capacity quite small. I therefore bought the €400 Thermomix Friend to increase the amount I could cook at once. Unfortunately, the Friend did not work properly from the outset. I contacted Thermomix and, around six months after purchase, received a replacement. The replacement has exactly the same issue. I have carried out extensive troubleshooting and the problem appears to be with the motor. Thermomix are now refusing to refund me and are instead offering to repair the replacement unit. My concern is that I have now had two separate Thermomix Friends with the same fault. At that point, it is difficult to have confidence that repairing one unit addresses what appears to be an inherent problem with the product. For a €400 appliance, I think it is entirely reasonable to expect a product that works reliably. Having experienced the same fault twice, I am very disappointed that Thermomix will not offer a refund. UPDATE 28/08/26 Update: Vorwerk has responded to this review, so in this case they are fully aware that I am a genuine customer and of the complaint I am describing. This experience has also highlighted two limitations of for me. Firstly, reviews are not necessarily linked to verified purchases. Secondly, a company can post a brief holding response to a review while the underlying complaint remains completely unresolved. My issue has been ongoing since June, I estimate I have sent 40’emails including photos and videos. Hugely time consuming. I have now had two Thermomix Friends exhibiting the same problem. The Friend works with lighter loads, but cannot reliably manage the full quantities I bought it to cook. I specifically bought it for stews and casseroles and have provided Vorwerk with video evidence showing a full four-person portion failing while approximately half the quantity works. Vorwerk has now proposed sending the machine to its repair centre for testing. I am happy for them to inspect it, but my concern is that a general diagnostic test will tell us very little. The machine does switch on and function with lighter loads — that has never been the issue. I have therefore asked Vorwerk to test the actual problem by making the four-person goulash I have demonstrated, using the same quantity and settings, and confirm whether the Friend can successfully complete it. I am still waiting for confirmation that they will do this. I genuinely wanted this product to work. I like my Thermomix and bought the Friend specifically to increase my cooking capacity. I am not looking for a refund because I changed my mind; I am asking for a meaningful solution to a product that, after two separate units, has not delivered the functionality I bought it for.
