POORLY BUILT, COULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
Purchased a pair of lenses for my Pimax Crystal Light from VR Wave and on receipt found the right side was out of focus. Contacted company who ask me to hold the lens at arms length and turn it to see which part of the lens was out of focus. I replied back to tell them I had done as requested, but that the whole lens was out of focus.After almost a month of emails I was sent a new right hand side lens, I unzipped the case to find the lens was dethatched from the plastic housing. After an hour had passed of trying to put it back in and stay in I gave up trying. Enough was enough having to do something that quality control and initial design should have sorted out. The lenses are of a very poor quality, and I have now put in an order with HONSVR where I should have gone to in the first place as suggested by other on line. My advice is if you are going to spend hundreds of pounds or dollars on an expensive VR Headset, don't ruin them by putting poor built lenes in from VR Wave.

Inserts do Not fit
I ordered a set of prescription inserts for my A1 360 Drone. The first set of inserts arrived and would not fit correctly into the A1 holders. I made a video showing they did not fit. VR Wave told me they would alert the production team and get a correct set sent out to me. The 2nd set arrived and to my extreme disappointment, also did not fit. They were too thick to allow the A1 holder to properly snap back into place. I imagine that they were/are not tested with the applicable equipment prior to being sent out. Extremely disappointed with the product.
