Don't buy from this company

I bought some things that was supposed to be in stock. Weeks later they claimed that the parcel was lost by the courier service, although a tracking number couldn't be presented. I was promised a refund, which I had to fight them for during two months. Finally got my money back the other day in late August. My order was placed in June. I don't know what these guys are up to but they are not trustworthy in my opinion. It's the classic case of buying cheap ends up costing you more.

Amazing business and Excellent Customer Service

I had an amazing experience with this company and the customer service department. My original shipment ended up getting lost in transit so I reached out to the customer service department via email. They were very quick to respond, apologize for any inconvenience and resolve my order. They had a new order shipped immediately and I received very quickly. The customer support representative Daniel M. was amazing and a pleasure to work with. I have placed a couple orders through this business and will continue to order my products through them!!

This has been the first online order with VR PERFUMERY

This has been the first online order where I have received perfect service from start to finish ! The global Online market is a boom industry for many many years, but I have never had such a perfect service experience ! From the products available, the service order , up to the delivery. The communication with Daniel was perfect. I had an order query and he answered very quickly, in detail, very friendly and professional!!! telling me in detail about my order, eg: where it is, at what stage is the order under process, a link so I can track my order, offered solutions ... unbelievable!!! Thank you so much to Daniel and the company VR PERFUMERY !! The delivery man also was very friendly !

Simply great all round

Simply great all round. Although delivery to the UK took 2 weeks i made my order with plenty of time for it to arrive. The selection of different perfumes and aftershaves as well as different sizes available is endless and the prices ment that I got an 80ml bottle and a 30ml bottle of perfume for only a little more than one 50ml bottle from the UK. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your perfume or aftershave requirements. Once the parcel got to the UK tracking was great. This company gets 5 stars from me without a doubt.

First time to deal with Vrperfumery and…

First time to deal with Vrperfumery and not the last I was scroling on google looking for the perfume that I normaly use cuz I can't find it anymore in the shops until I found Vrperfumery I ordered my items but something went wrong with the delivery service and lost my pachage, I've send an email and he responded immediately asking with all kindness if I wanted a refund or staying with the same order and he will keep in touch until I receive it so he encourage me to reorder and I received it after a while To be fair, in this website u can find whatever u want from the most famous brands and cheap prices comparing to the shops so I will not complaint if there was a delay in delivery Thanks again
