Excellent products. I bougth the Saturn, the XXL outdoor and the leafcutter complete set, plus a few funding nests, and all are of exceellent quality. Support is also great!

Leaking Pod, Long Delay, and No Response to My Complaint
I’m writing this review to help other customers make an informed decision. My was placed on August 08, 2025. At first, I received no shipping update for a long time. After I contacted support, I was told the pods were on backorder due to an acrylic production delay and that my order would be packed. After finally receiving the pod, it started leaking within about a week. Water runs out of the container, so it cannot be used as intended. I contacted the shop again to report the defect and asked for a solution (replacement/repair) or compensation, and I provided photos of the issue. Unfortunately, my complaint has been ignored so far, with no reply and no resolution. Delays can happen, but a leaking product combined with no response on a clear defect is very disappointing. I’m willing to update this review if the issue gets resolved properly.

Part missing and no response!!
The nest we ordered was good quality but a part is missing. I have tried to contact them but no response!! Very annoying!

Avoid, no response from seller
Placed an order on the 8th its now been 10 days without any form of response from the seller even when chased. What a waste of my time.
