a frustrating and unprofessional process
My experience with Watchfinder was unfortunately disappointing throughout and, in my view, far from professional. The problems started with the communication. I was told that a member of staff would contact me, but nobody did. Even after I called myself to follow up, I was again promised that someone would get back to me. Once again, nothing happened. The transport of my watch to Watchfinder then took around three weeks. I was later informed that the watch could not be purchased because the serial number on the watch itself was only partially visible. It is true that the full serial number is not completely legible on the watch. However, the complete serial number is clearly documented on both the original purchase receipt and the warranty card, and both documents were provided. What was particularly frustrating was that, even after I was informed that the watch could not be purchased, the person responsible did not contact me for another week. Several of my emails also remained unanswered. I repeatedly had to follow up myself simply to receive any information. When I finally received the watch back, I also noticed that the watch box had been slightly damaged. When dealing with a company that handles high value and luxury watches, I expect reliable communication, careful handling of customers' property and a professional process. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. The entire process was unnecessarily long, frustrating and characterised by poor communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Watchfinder for selling a high value watch.

Un acquisto importante, un’esperienza impeccabile
Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero fantastica con Watch Finder (CH) e non posso che essere pienamente soddisfatta del mio acquisto. Per me acquistare un orologio di questo tipo era qualcosa di quasi impensabile, non solo per la cifra importante, ma anche perché, dovendo fare un acquisto online, ammetto che inizialmente avevo qualche timore. Invece questo sito mi ha dimostrato grande professionalità e serietà, facendomi vivere un’esperienza assolutamente positiva. Trovo inoltre che il concetto di acquistare un orologio usato abbia un valore speciale. Da un lato permette a molte più persone di realizzare il sogno di possedere un determinato orologio a un prezzo più accessibile; dall’altro mi piace molto l’idea di dare una nuova vita a un oggetto che è già esistito e che può continuare a essere apprezzato. Per questo penso che vendere e comprare usato sia davvero bellissimo. L’orologio è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti e in condizioni semplicemente perfette. Considerando che ha trent’anni, sono rimasta incredibilmente sorpresa. Non presenta nemmeno un graffio o segno di usura e, a giudicare dalle condizioni, sembra quasi non essere mai stato utilizzato. Anche la presentazione è stata impeccabile: ho ricevuto il certificato, la scatola e tutta la documentazione prevista. Alla fine, oltre alla soddisfazione per aver acquistato un orologio che desideravo molto, sono rimasta colpita soprattutto dalla tranquillità che ho avuto durante tutto il processo. Quando si parla di una cifra importante, fidarsi di un acquisto online non è scontato, ma mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Se in futuro dovessi decidere di acquistare un altro orologio, mi rivolgerei sicuramente di nuovo a loro. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata!
