Disappointed by the Service and Lack of Communication
I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the overall level of customer service I’ve experienced. I was specifically advised that if I followed the steps provided to me, I would receive the watch by Friday. I followed those instructions exactly. After doing so, I was then told that the employee who provided that information was incorrect. As soon as I received the confirmation email, I immediately attempted to purchase the watch, exactly as I had been instructed, only to discover that it had already been sold. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had two separate opportunities to purchase the same watch elsewhere, but I passed on both because I trusted the information provided by Watchfinder and believed this watch would be available to me. By following the instructions I was given, I not only lost this watch, but also lost the opportunity to purchase the others. To make matters worse, I have repeatedly tried contacting both the New York and Texas phone numbers listed for the company, and my calls continue to be forwarded to voicemail. I have left multiple voicemails and sent emails, yet I have received no response. Purchasing a timepiece like this should be an exciting, enjoyable, and rewarding experience. Unfortunately, Watchfinder has managed to take that experience away entirely. Instead of being excited about purchasing a watch, I’ve been left frustrated, disappointed, and trying repeatedly just to get someone to communicate with me. I would like to speak directly with a member of management about what happened and what can be done to make this situation right. At this point, I believe a management call is the very least that should be expected. I sincerely hope someone from management reaches out and takes ownership of this situation, because this experience has fallen far below what I expected from a company selling luxury timepieces.

Wow. Best luxury watch purchase ever.
Wow. What an amazing experience with Watchfinder on every level. Pre-purchase support was fast and really helpful. The purchase itself was completely a breeze. Communication was flawless, really. And the watch arrived in perfect condition, better than described. I could not be more pleased. Customer now for life.
