Excellent service once again

Excellent service once again. I received my Corvair watch today, which for reference is the 18th watch featured in their August Tier 1 video. It’s a pity doesn’t allow me to add photos, as I would have loved to include some! As with every order I’ve had from them, the whole process has been smooth and straightforward. One thing I particularly appreciate is that every shipment is easy to keep track of. Tracking details are provided, so you can follow the parcel throughout the delivery process rather than wondering where your watch has disappeared to. Communication, shipping and overall service have consistently been excellent, and this latest delivery was no exception. Another great experience and another interesting watch added to the collection. Very happy with the service as always.

Great experience and a beautiful watch

Just received my amazing watch from the ladies mystery drop and I absolutely love it! It's a beautiful vintage watch, so pretty, excellent quality and it is absolutely gleaming. I could not be happier! The process from start to finish was so easy. I was kept up to date from order to delivery, and it arrived beautifully packaged. The mystery element made opening the package so exciting. I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you so much Watch Harbour!

Complete rip of off !!

Complete rip of off !!! Never trust or buy from this group. Spending 69 pound, then shipping and then customs clearence to finally end up in getting a cheap 5 pound casio. They show some vintage rolex and omegas and other vintage watches that they clain to be souced with much difficulty in their video and finally send some cheap fresh watches which you get from temu. Atleast each watch should have some merit , even if it is of lower values. You guys are clearly cheating your customers. My bad,i fell for this scam

Hi, we’re sorry you’re disappointed with the watch you received, but we do need to clarify that Watch Harbor is not a scam and we are very transparent about how our Mystery Drops work, we have been including Casio's for 13 months now as affordable options. They have to be in the mix to make this possible and we talk about that in so many videos. We make it very clear that not every customer will receive a Rolex, Omega or another luxury watch. That would be impossible. Before every drop opens, we show all of the brands included in each category. Casio is shown in our content, mentioned throughout our website and included within the product descriptions, so customers can see the range of brands they could receive before purchasing. We also completely disagree that the watches have “no merit” or are sourced from Temu. Every watch included in our drops is selected, inspected and tested by our team before being packaged. The whole concept of the Mystery Drop is that there is a wide range of watches included, from affordable pieces such as Casio through to vintage and luxury watches. We understand that you’re disappointed you didn’t receive one of the higher-value pieces, but we are very clear about the range of possible brands before anyone chooses to purchase.

Vintage & Chrono arrived!!

8th time and still buzzing every drop 8th order in and the excitement genuinely hasn't worn off. This time I pulled a vintage Garrard and a Rotary chronograph across the two boxes, and both are 200% appreciated — no exaggeration. The Garrard is the one that got me. It's not a name I'd have gone looking for on my own, and now I've got it in hand I've been reading up on it and I'm slightly obsessed. That's the whole thing for me, I keep ending up with pieces I'd never have chosen, and they keep becoming watches I actually want to wear. The Rotary chrono is a cracker too, exactly the kind of watch that earns a spot in the rotation. Both arrived in good condition with the minor wear you'd expect from vintage or previously owned, nothing surprising, nothing that isn't part of the character . If anyone's picturing flawless brand-new pieces every time, that's not what this is, and it was never sold as that. And that's really the point. The excitement to open the box, you get a real watch every time, and every so often something lands that sends you down a rabbit hole. Eight drops in and it still delivers that hit more than ever. Bring on the next one.
