Después de mi primera experiencia con Watchproject21, tenía claro que, si volvía a vender un reloj, repetiría con ellos. Y así ha sido: esta vez he vuelto a confiar en ellos para la venta de otro Rolex, y no puedo estar más satisfecha con la decisión. Quiero dar especialmente las gracias a Sixto, por la paciencia que ha tenido conmigo, por el trato cercano y, sobre todo, por el trabajazo que ha hecho para conseguir sacar el mayor beneficio posible por mi reloj. Cuando vendes un Rolex, lo que quieres es estar tranquilo y saber que está en buenas manos. Con ellos te puedes olvidar de todo, porque se encargan de todo el proceso y buscan conseguir el mejor precio posible por el reloj. Son gente de fiar, profesionales y totalmente recomendables. Sin duda, merece la pena contar con ellos a la hora de vender un Rolex y, por supuesto, no puedo más que recomendarlos a mis allegados. Gracias de nuevo, Sixto, por todo el trabajo que has hecho. Espero que nos veamos la próxima vez, aunque estoy segura de que así será, porque si vuelvo a tener la oportunidad de vender otro reloj, no dudaré en hacerlo con vosotros. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo y un 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased a Patek Philippe Aquanaut…
I purchased a Patek Philippe Aquanaut from you for €107,000. At the time of purchase, you provided me with a one-year warranty and assured me that the watch was in excellent condition and that I was purchasing a high-quality, properly functioning watch. I travelled all the way from the Netherlands to purchase this watch from you. I therefore made significant travel expenses and invested a considerable amount of time and effort based on your assurances that the watch was in good condition. I have only worn the watch twice. On one occasion, I briefly entered shallow water while lifting my young son out of the water. The water was only approximately 10–15 cm deep, and my wrist went into the water by no more than approximately 3 cm. Immediately afterwards, I took a wet towel and carefully cleaned the watch in order to remove any chlorine or water residue. Approximately 30 minutes later, the watch completely fogged up from the inside. I subsequently took the watch to Patek Philippe for inspection. I was informed that there is corrosion/rust inside the watch and that the condition of the watch indicates that it was already compromised when it was sold to me. I was also informed that, as the seller, you are responsible for the watch and the condition in which it was sold. The damage is currently estimated at €7,500. What I find particularly unacceptable is that, after selling me a €107,000 watch and providing me with a one-year warranty, you are now refusing to take responsibility or provide an appropriate solution. I travelled from the Netherlands to purchase this watch from you because I trusted your statements and your assurances that the watch was in good condition. I would not have made this purchase, or travelled to you, if I had known that the watch had an existing problem with corrosion or water resistance. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend your company to anyone. I feel that I was misled about the condition of the watch, and I find your current handling of this matter extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly advise other customers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing an expensive watch from your company. I expect you to take responsibility for the condition of the watch and the resulting €7,500 damage. I am asking you to provide a concrete and reasonable solution without further delay.

Muy buena experiencia de compra de principio a fin. Compré un Rolex Submariner 14060M de 2001 y todo el proceso fue impecable. El reloj llegó exactamente como se describía, muy bien preparado, con toda su documentación y en un estado realmente bueno. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Christine. Desde el primer momento respondió a todas mis preguntas con mucha paciencia, me envió fotos y vídeos adicionales cada vez que se los pedí y me mantuvo informado durante todo el proceso, incluso fuera de horario. En una compra de este importe y realizada a distancia, esa comunicación da muchísima tranquilidad. También ajustaron el brazalete antes del envío y utilizaron transporte urgente con seguro, informándome en todo momento del seguimiento. Una empresa seria, profesional y muy cercana en el trato. Después de esta experiencia, volvería a comprarles otro reloj sin ninguna duda.
