They have clear communication when…
They have clear communication when backing their campaigns, once they are fully funded. As they suggest on the site multiple times, please make sure to read the fit guide before ordering! The button ups are a little tighter in the chest than I'm used to but they were exactly the size that was listed so it was my bad for not reading fully on that listing, no complaints on the quality of the product at all! I can still wear it along with my other shirts and denim I've ordered and I plan on ordering more in the future.

Customer service is awesome!
Customer service is proactive, efficient and friendly. I've had to make changes to a couple of orders, and always gotten great advice from the Gustin team. The quality of the goods I've purchased has always met my expectations.

Trust in Gustin
Gustin is making quality denim & using some really unique fabics to do it. Listen to their sizing guidelines, don't be a hero & think you can fly around those guidelines. You will regret your chocies if you do. The crowdfunding stuff is cool but if you're impatient like me you can grab some stock stuff, they mail it out quick fast. It's expensive, especially in canada, but i'll throw down for pants that last forever. Customer service is good & the quality of the 4 pieces I've recieved have been excelllent. (minus the button holes on a workshirt which are pretty awful) Otherwise no complaints. I buy the vintage straight which are the right amount of space for me. I cannot imagine how all these muscle men slide their weird bodies into anything smaller like the skinny or the slim, crazy business. I'd like to try a tshirt but paying 180$ cdn for two tshirts is never going to happen. I will forever wonder what a 90$ tshirt feels like lol. Good looking out Gustin.

Value for money every time!
I love Gustin because of the value I get which is their business model, and the garments they sell are of really good honest quality. Their cuts are classic, the fabrics are really good, and their no-frills and no fancy advertising enables us to really enjoy value for money. I have been buying Gustin garments for three years at least now and have only experienced one incident where my order was not fulfilled because the garments failed their quality tests. They were very honest and upfront about it when they gave me a refund and this was very early on, so I think they have the quality control issue under control now because I have not had any such issues in the last 18 months. Gustin is a great brand for people who don’t need fancy logos to prove that they have good taste and if they know what they want or that they are able to evaluate garments based on quality and not fancy advertisement or celebrity endorsements. From a customer service perspective, they are usually very responsive, and I find them to be very reasonable.

Well-made and worth the wait!
The quality of the product is exceedingly high. I also like to support businesses that try to minimize waste, which Gustin does by making products by order. I don’t mind the wait, in fact it makes me anticipate the arrival more and value the product more.
