BUYER BEWARE — 0/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
It took this company three weeks just to process my order for shipment, despite their own website stating that order processing takes 1–7 business days, followed by an estimated 5–9 business days for shipping. After the stated processing window had passed, I called customer service and left a voicemail requesting an update. No response. By Monday, it had been three full weeks since I placed my order, and according to the tracking information on their own website, it still had not even been processed. I called again, and—to no surprise—no one answered. I left another voicemail and followed up with an email. Their website states that customers should receive a response within 24–48 hours by phone or email. I received neither. Not from my first attempt and not from my second. Then, magically, my order ships today—without anyone ever having the courtesy or professionalism to respond to my calls or emails. This is absolutely ridiculous and, in my opinion, BAD BUSINESS and terrible customer service. If there was a delay, communicate that. If you’re experiencing a backlog, communicate that. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for information about an order they have already paid for. I will never order from this company again, and I will be sharing my experience anywhere reviews are accepted. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews before ordering. I wish I had.

6 weeks and counting for an exchange
We ordered shirts for our son on 7/5, received them and needed to size up. We received a return label and sent the shirts back. After emailing with Icy we told them we just wanted to exchange for the same shirts in a larger size. After 2 weeks we received no news of an exchange only an email stating they apologize for the delay and we are in the queue. It is now 6 weeks since our original order date and we have received no replacements and no new communication. Customer service phone rings with no answer, emails get no reply. We now have no shirts and no money back. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this brand if you value your time and money.

Ordered my son some school clothes from…
Ordered my son some school clothes from ICY because he's a 6'1 linebacker and he liked the styles. Its been 14 days, over $200 order and the shipment line hasn't moved an inch. Will NEVER order from them again. Temu orders from China take less time.

Horrible Experience
I had bough 2 soccer related t-shirts for my boyfriend for our anniversary. Over a week and a half had passed before I emailed them asking when my order would ship and got a response that they were backed up, which I understood due to the world cup, but very coincidentally it shipped out that same day that I emailed. When I received the t-shirts, the print quality was good but the quality of the t-shirt itself is very thin and runs extremely small. More than likely, you have to size up 1-2 sizes in order for it to provide a comfortable fit. When inquiring about an exchange I messaged about a week ago and still have not heard anything other than "let me look into it". I even called and sat listening to elevator music for 7 minutes with no answer and ended up hanging up. I have requested a return and the only reason I will be purchasing is to get a bigger size in those shirts ONLY because it was a gift but I will never buy from this company again. If they were for me, I would have requested a refund and not even bought the shirts in the right size. Someone is clearly not doing their job here.
