Dishonest company that lies. I requested a cancellation of their order and they ignored my request, shipped it, and played dumb, that they never received and email cancellation request. Garmets are cheap Chinese junk as well. Scammer company

Reliable delivery and garment quality good, watch the sizing
I have placed three orders from Wehobi - They all arrived. It did take about ten days but they did get here to Scotland. Overall my experience was good and the clothes that arrived were good quality. I will give more details. The first order was a zip up hoodie for my son - it arrived, I ordered a medium - he is 14 years old and it was too small mainly in the sleeves, however it will be a perfect fit for his best friend so I wasn't too worried. The second order was placed the same day as the first but took longer to arrive - it was two more hoodies - one for my 13 year old in XL size and one sized Medium for my 10 year old. The sizing on these when they arrived was absolutely perfect and again good quality. I placed a third order for my 14 year old who still wanted the zip up hoodie and this time I ordered him a 3XL sized hoodie. It just arrived today and this time, the sizing is just right. I think if in doubt, best to order larger sizes than you need. I have no problems at all with the quality of the garments and as I said - out of three orders, they all arrived in ten days or so - so I would not hesitate to order again as they have proved reliable. I probably would have given them five stars out of five had the first order fitted my son as I think the measurements in the fitting guides on the website are not quite accurate. So again, if in doubt - order larger sizes. I also DID NOT have to pay any additional customs charges when the orders arrived. *** re the problems accessing your account - I initially had this problem but be very careful putting in your email or password - I made a password mistake when trying to log in and then it doesn't let you in the rest of that day - I tried again the next day and could access my account without any problems *** so if you can't get in the first time you try, try again the next day - it worked for me ***

AVOID THIS COMPANY ! They should not be allowed to trade...
Same shocking reviews as everyone else - I ordered 2 items in my size - and one was too small and one too big !! - Impossible to get hold of anyone - my account is locked (seems to be a common complaint on here too!) and its not possible to get back into your account to ask for a refund/return but judging from the reviews on here - thats not going to happen anyway. AVOID at all costs.

I received goods that were at least 3 English sizes too small. I contacted them and discovered to see their reply you need to click on the tracking number on your discussion voucher. They replied to each of my 3 correspondence with in 3 days and now I have received 30% of the cost of the coat as to return it you need to send it back to "China" to get your full refund, but that will cost you unto 1/2 the price of the item. Now going to sell the coat on a local site as they have suggested.
