Unable to chat with a real person online for help with a recalled product
Notified of a product recall so visited website. I am unable to determine whether the food I bought was in affected batch due to having decanted it into another container. I wanted to chat with someone about what to do but started with AI chatbot. A wait of up to an hour to chat with a real person and added to a queue with no indication of the place in the queue or updates on the estimated wait time. I can send a message but will have to wait up to 2 days for a response.

The puppy pack
The puppy pack was a great product , we knew our new puppy already ate James Wellbeloved kibble (although that from breeder was a larger size kibble). She loves her puppy food and the kibble don't hang around for long! She has also eaten both wet food sachets with no hint of being a fussy eater. We know now which food is a favourite thanks to the great introduction to the puppy range. 5 stars from owner and puppy!

Yet again I have to give a 1 star…
Yet again I have to give a 1 star review. This company routinely messes up orders. I ordered both wet and dry cat food. Only dry has arrived. I need wet urgently and will have to find some undoubtedly more expensive food to tide me over. This happens almost every time. How hard can it be to get an order right?

More than disappointing
I have been purchasing JWB (Adult Rich in Turkey) for more years than I care to remember. The recipe was aimed at pets that had sensitive stomachs and allergies and I became dependent on it for that reason. My cats have always devoured this food with no problem. I recently found myself throwing full bowls of this JWB new recipe (which I was initially unaware of) out, so a visit to the vet with my two cats was in order as they were losing weight fast. They were thoroughly checked, and my wallet was considerably lighter after the experience. Sad to say, on our return, they both show no interest in eating this food after all those years, and I am now left with two elderly 15 year old underweight cats as I try desperately to find another product which they like, and doesn't upset their stomachs. A very disappointing decision by JWB to say the least.

Border collie v’s jameswellbeloved
#bordercollie claws are a daily nightmare for many owners, because they're so active their claws wear down often taking years to properly establish again I feed #bonnieprincecharlie #jameswellbeloved dry food and tinned food which has remained and even excelled his condition coat and claws I hear a lot of people saying this brand is expensive but my theory is " if you can feed yourself correctly, feed your dog correctly, this brand is consistent and the range extensive depending upon the breed and weight Over the moon with a brand new set of claws on each paw #bordercollienation #bordercollieworld
