Exceptional service and great products!
I have used this shop many times, and the staff are always incredibly kind. I've already been return customer for 4 orders. And planning to use them for long time. Have I had issues? Yes. Once I haven't received one watch. Other time lots of things were out of stock and it took 3 weeks to ship the order. But like everywhere - you have to talk with people and find ways to resolve issues. Missing watch was sent the next day. Shipping always depends on time of the year. I happy with service, I happy with watches and I will be using them in future. I've placed 2 orders at the moment and it is smooth sailing.
