Awful!
The top looked really lovely on the website, but it arrived in a black bin liner all taped up, with no paperwork, and the fabric was a horrible slimy polyester finish. A completely different look to the apparently cotton photograph on the website. Also it was HUGE! built for an elephant, with enormous long slimy sleeves and because of the slimy fabric you couldn't fold them back. Completely unwearable. I was going to send it back, but discover that they only accept returns in the original packaging, and I must pay the fee to send it to a central warehouse in Asia. Not worth it! They advertise 'easy returns'. Nonsense. Don't use this company.

Once you leave the store forget getting any assistance
I was informed after making a purchase and trying to get a live human from Windsor to answer a one minute question that the associates are busy helping in store customers. So when I make a purchase, leave, and might have left something there I become non existent to speak to a live employee at Windsor it’s all through text and give you no live person to talk to. Will never buy from there again. I will spend my money where customers matter after the sale as well.

This company has the worste return…
This company has the worste return policy. Everywhere else you have at least 30 days. There's is 15. Then they can cancel your order at anytime. With them giving me a store credit the first time I purchased on line using the gift card. Once the card was charged I discarded it and now they will not credit me back the money in any form because I don't have the card. They have history of my purchase. They should be able to give me a credit on my account. They don't care and they are nasty about it. I will never shop at this cheap store again!

High return shipping labels fees
High return shipping labels fees. $15 processing fees … if u end up buying and not liking the dress, ull have no money left to have refunded to u bcuz of the high return fees. So many stores have free returns … why would anyone order from these ppl !! Fraudulent and unfair company .. pls read the return policies before ordering from them !! Horrible !
