Extremely disappointing treatment of a customer with a documented disability I rarely leave reviews like this, but I think prospective customers should understand how Wealth Training Company / Win Investing handled my situation after I had paid for its programme. I enrolled in a six-month programme in March 2024. Due to a serious documented medical condition, I was unable to meaningfully complete it. In August 2024, the company offered me two options: restart the programme or transfer it to another person. I attempted to restart. On September 14, 2024, I emailed asking, “Do you have time Monday afternoon to start our first coaching call?” My health subsequently prevented me from properly continuing. The issue is not whether the original programme was described as six months. It was. The issue is that when the company allowed me to restart, I do not believe I was clearly told a specific new commencement date, a specific new expiry date, that arranging my first coaching call triggered a six-month countdown, or that choosing to attempt the restart meant I permanently forfeited the possibility of transferring the unused programme if my disability again prevented me from participating. When I later asked the company to accommodate my circumstances by allowing the unused programme to be transferred to someone else, they refused. I repeatedly asked them to identify the correspondence in which the commencement and expiry dates of the restarted programme had actually been communicated to me. Instead of directly answering those questions, they repeatedly referred me back to the fact that the original programme was six months long. Those are two different issues. They also relied on an email from February 2025 in which I said I was feeling better and asked for another coaching session. In my view, a person with a fluctuating disability attempting to participate when their health improves should not be treated as evidence that their underlying medical limitations no longer existed. The company has now told me that its internal review is complete and that it will not correspond with me further. They are entitled to rely on their interpretation of their contract. I am equally entitled to say that, as a paying customer, I found the way this was handled extraordinarily rigid, lacking in compassion and ethically troubling. I was not asking for my money back. I was asking them to allow the remaining programme to be transferred to another person because my documented medical condition prevented me from using what I had paid for. They declined. Before spending a significant amount of money with this company, I would strongly recommend getting every restart date, expiry date, cancellation condition, transfer restriction and disability/accommodation policy explicitly in writing. My experience has left me extremely disappointed with the company’s customer care and the way it handled a vulnerable customer’s circumstances.

I now know what I am doing after the 4 day live event as compared to before. My favourite part of the course was the teaching style by Guy
Lucas Sturm
This was a quality training course. I learnt the basics of technical analysis and a step by step approach to trading with safe risk management. Guy and Alex were both great teachers, and I wish I could have had longer than 4 days with them.

There was a very clear breakdown and easy to follow steps for starting trading. I appreciated the clarity of the advantages of swing trading in the medium term over day trading. With so much information around, it was also good to learn about investing too, not just trading. I definitely had actionable steps to take the Monday after the course finished.

I now understand how the market works as the course was well structured and the information passed on in acceptable bites. I also appreciated that the course was presented with humour and passion.
