WARNING! Ignoring account closure requests for OVER A YEAR

If you care about consumer rights, basic respect, and transparency: stay far away from Winorio.com. I have been trying to permanently close my account for OVER A YEAR. I have sent more than 10 emails explicitly requesting full account termination and data removal. The response? A continuous loop of automated nonsense asking me to "contact them again", after which absolutely nothing happens. It is a deliberate delay tactic designed to keep your account active and make you give up. Account Closure: Impossible. They completely ignore user rights and standard regulations. Customer Support: A brick wall of copy-paste excuses. Zero real assistance. Trustworthiness: Non-existent. This platform completely disregards basic consumer protection and responsible gaming standards. Once you sign up, they refuse to let you leave. Do NOT create an account here!

They are scammers!! Money goes missing!!! You make a deposit—one, then another—but the funds don't arrive!!! Customer support says everything will be fine within 24 hours!!! But when you write back the next day, they claim the money was credited!!! Yet it's not there!!! Total scammers!!!! Terrible impression!!!
