Cancelled 30-days before Renewal.. but the still billed me 18 days after the renewal was due. Sent screenshots of my original Cancellation Request.. but they still billed me. Fraud

Subscribed to this app in February, then discovered repeated monthly charges of over €40 for things I never ordered on a yearly AND a monthly plan. Payment History has a sheet showing one payment, no date, no links to any further information. Robbers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m genuinely impressed with the support I received from the Wisey team. They responded immediately and took prompt action to help resolve my concern. What stood out to me most was their understanding, kindness, and willingness to help. It really means a lot when a support team listens and takes your concern seriously. App falls far short of what is promised
Ultimately, this company was a 1-2 punch of (1) massively overselling the quality and efficacy of their app/tools, and (2) very clearly setting up their subscription cancelation process to be predatory and confusing. I think a company who actually believes in their app/product, would never feel the need to incorporate shady processes just to get a few more months of payments out of subscribers. I personally found the app to be lacking in any real substance, and it certainly didn't offer any new or helpful insights into living with ADHD. *UPDATE*: lowering to one star after I decided to google the name of their parent company and found out they are being sued by the FTC for deceptive business practices. That is all I need to know that they are trash.

Suscripción imposible de cancelar. No contestan los correos
Suscripción imposible de cancelar y cobros no reconocidos durante meses. Contraté el 1-1-2026 por USD 9,99. El 29-1-2026 intenté cancelar desde la app (la página de cancelación no cargaba) y escribí a support de Wisey explicando el problema. Nunca respondieron, y desde esa misma fecha me empezaron a cobrar USD 39,99 mensuales con la glosa "DLOCAL *DLAPLICACIO", sin ningún comprobante hasta 5 meses después. Dejé de usar la app por completo desde el 29-1-2026. Al reclamar, hoy 26-7-2026 solo me ofrecieron un 50% de reembolso del último cargo, con una respuesta que parece un mensaje automático repetido palabra por palabra. Actualmente en proceso de contracargo con mi banco.
