This is an excellent product and I look forward to using it much! To be frank, I was concerned about the quality when I discovered it was shipping from overseas, but it is built very well. You have the option to adjust brightness and volume. The best part of the experience was speaking with Isabelle. I had a customer service inquiry and Isabelle provided timely responses and warm greetings. If it wasn't for Isabelle, I don't think the experience could have been as great! Excellent job, Isabelle!

Very helpful and responsive!
My 2 lights I ordered arrived in boxes that were slightly damaged. One of the lights didn't seem to work after fully charging it. I reached out to Havie and Isabelle wrote me back the next day with clear instructions on how to troubleshoot before sending out a new light. She even sent a video that was very helpful. It did the job! My light worked great and I was glad to not have to send it back or wait for a replacement. Great service! And fun product!

Isabelle was wonderful!
My experience easily could’ve been poor, given that my order was shipped to the wrong address twice and when received, it was broken. However the helpful and friendly service of Isabelle saved the day! Throughout the ordeal, she was committed to getting the product to me and showed great empathy and follow through. Thank you Isabelle for all of your efforts and kindness.

Had some issues with my Havie light…
Had some issues with my Havie light originally…so I emailed support and requested help. My light would randomly turn on and off and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to just turn on when I used the remote. Isabelle from support replied within a few hours and solved my issues. She must have blessed my light because I joked it was possessed and she said that wasn’t a normal function. Haha. Died laughing. Anyways, support gets a huge 5 stars. Great product and support is even better.
