I will preface the review with the fact that I did not plan a wedding through Joy, so I can not comment on that side of their business. However, DO NOT under any circumstances book your hotel stay through them, they will take your money and then not pay the hotel, this happened to me and left me in the lurch and down a significant amount of money, Joy also do not have good customer service for this, all done with AI, no refunds after providing ample proof of them not paying and me having to.

Joy has been an amazing assets to our wedding organization. I love the website and the details in it. it is so easy to use and the guess have access to the whole schedule. I will recommend Joy to anyone who is planning a wedding!

Free until it isnt. I was excited for a free/low cost wedding website that didnt have a lot of cost. But once in the website, for the features you need and want, everything is behind a paywall. Want to send texts messages to your guest.. pay money. If you want to layout your seat chart.. Pay money. Invitations... ended up paying so it had appropriate info and design. Also, design is not intuitive. It can be hard find things that you know exist because you stumbled across it before.
