Damaged luggage and Wizz vanished!

On a return flight to the UK my luggage was graffitied with permanent marker pen and a wheel was broken off. I reported it to Wizz as requested. They asked for a repair quote. I don't have time to visit a repair store and reminded them that permanent marker cannot be fixed! I gave them the Amazon link where I bought the case and asked them to get a quote since they have the photos of the damage. I have not heard back in over 10 days! They leave me no choice but to take legal action!

⚠️ WARNING

⚠️ WARNING: Check-in without a seat reservation? You might be put on standby!"We recently flew with Wizz Air from Larnaca to London Luton, and because we didn’t pay extra to select our seats in advance, we were issued temporary boarding passes with no seat numbers at check-in.The staff informed us the flight was fully booked and we were effectively on standby, meaning we didn't know if we would actually get on the plane. It was an incredibly stressful experience, and at the gate, we were initially told only one of us would be able to fly. Thankfully, due to last-minute no-shows, we both made it onto the aircraft at the absolute last second, and our checked bag arrived safely. If this happens to you, here is what you NEED to do to ensure you get on:Go through security immediately: Do not wait around in the public check-in area. Your temporary pass gets you through security.Go straight to the gate agent: Introduce yourself the second they arrive at the desk so they know you are present and waiting.Mention your checked bags: If you checked a bag, tell the agent. Airlines hate unloading bags from the hold for security reasons, which actually works in your favour.Be prepared to split up: You will likely be given individual seats scattered around the plane at the very last second.Wizz Air regularly overbooks flights and relies on no-shows. If you want to avoid a massive heart attack at the airport, either pay for seat selection in advance or be ready to rush straight to the gate to claim the final seats!"

Selective baggage rules, charged €150 for nothing !

Travelled Wizz Air Luton to Madrid on the 23rd of August and back on the 26th of August. Outbound was fine, two backpacks and a small handbag, no issues at all. Coming back through Madrid, the gate agent suddenly decided my handbag and a small bag of food counted as extra carry on items and charged us €150 for it. Both backpacks fit under the seat in front exactly as before, the handbag stayed on my lap the whole flight, and the food obviously did too. It really seems like their baggage rules are enforced selectively, whatever gets them more money at the gate on the day. Would avoid if possible.

Had a flight from Barcelona to Venice…

Had a flight from Barcelona to Venice on 24th of August nighttime. Had it postponed twice then ended up cancelled at 1am. Everyone is in panic and no ground staff on the gates. We made our own way to the service desk. Ending up with staff that are not officially under wizzair. and no food, no hotel provided. Gave us a form in Spanish instead. The staff dont give a sh!t to the passengers. The voucher they gave for 5€ did not scan if your boarding pass is by phone as well.
