Weak/ faulty useless tools sold with worthless warranty.
I purchased the lawn edging attachment and short grip handle. The edging attachment bent at the connection point with the handle so I reported this to the store believing it would be covered with the warranty. The email I received back explained that damaging the tool while using for it's intended purpose was NOT covered. I have to say that most other WOLF Garten tools are great but these and the warranty are not fit for purpose.

Great guarantee
I bought a pair of extendable loppers from them online eight years ago. This year they failed to chop cleanly . I phoned Barras and they asked me to send photos which showed the cutting blades would not close. I received a set of brand new loppers by return. No quibbles at all. Very impressed

Awful Customer Support!
Bought a lawnmower from them on the strength of Which best buy review in 2022, Machine has been fine until a rear wheel fell off recently. contacted them and asked how to rectify the problem and they said they could sell me a new wheel! No information as to why this would happen or how to put it right. Was referred to a parts plan. I worked out myself that I could take the wheel apart and inside I found that the part called the clamp ring had split. Found the part on the plan and asked how to order one. I was told I could only order it from Mowers& Spares. They wanted to charge me £18.17!!!!....for a little metal ring!!! I discovered I could order from Motoruf for £11.36!! I asked how to fit the part and received no help. Had to work out how to do it by trial and error! Mower is happily back in action but the customer care experience was awful. Won't be buying from them again!!!

Useless lawn edger
Purchased a lawn edger a while ago,I'd be better off using a blunt kitchen knife!! The cutting edge is thick and not at all sharp Do not buy!!

Broken items within a year
I purchased several tools from them. Falling for the 35 year Guarantee they state. An extendable pole, wooden pole, both for numerous attachments i purchased. Within a year i have had 3 items break from general garden use. The aluminium collar on the multi use pole where the attachments fit snapping being the last thing. I have pictures to attach but this doesnt seem to allow me to upload.
