Mi experiencia con Woof Airlines fue excelente. 🐾✈️ A pesar de que organizamos el viaje de Costa Rica a Madrid con muy poca antelación, hicieron todo lo posible para que el proceso fuera fácil y organizado. Quiero destacar especialmente al equipo, que estuvo siempre muy cercano y atento. Joaquín, mi transportista, y Ana, mi analista de viajes, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento, ayudándome con el papeleo, resolviendo mis dudas y acompañándome durante todo el proceso. Me sentí muy acompañada y, sobre todo, con la tranquilidad de saber que mi Sasha estaba en buenas manos. ❤️🐶 ¡Muchas gracias, Woof Airlines, por hacer que un viaje organizado con tan poco tiempo saliera tan bien! Sin duda, los recomiendo. GRACIAS EQUIPO!!

Excelente! La atención de Ana y Miguel fue muy cordial. Siempre presentes y con respuesta rápida a nuestras inquietudes y dudas. Fue un viaje largo de 17 horas pero lo logramos con ayuda de Woof. Muchas gracias por el apoyo. Hachiko fue muy bien tratado, con todos los cuidados y lo aprecio mucho ❤️

Happy Thor Transport
We were moving from the US to Spain, and my dog Thor is a breed (pit mix) that none of the airlines I researched (US carriers) allowed. They took on the task, worked directly with my vet to ensure all paperwork was complete and requirements met. They communicated proactively, often and consistently, providing detailed information we needed. Miguel met us at the airport we departed from with our other 2 dogs, and safely transported Thor to Spain. He sent pictures and videos and a link to live flight tracking. Thor is a handful, and it wasn’t a problem. We met back up in Spain and Thor was happy and healthy. Thank you again and I will use them again in the future when we have to move again.

If you're military and need to move your pet anywhere in the world — stop searching. This is your company. We just completed a PCS move from Frankfurt, Germany to Salt Lake City, Utah, and getting our 4-year-old German Shepherd, Thor, home safely was honestly more stressful to plan than the move itself. Until we found Woof Airlines. The logistics were no joke: two flights, a layover, and then a 5-hour drive to get Thor all the way to our front door. Door to door. Literally. Not to the airport, not to a cargo facility — to our actual house, in the middle of Utah. I didn't have to lift a finger after handing him over in Frankfurt. What blew me away is that Woof Airlines will move your pet from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world — and they mean it. As military families, we don't get to choose where we PCS to. It's not always a major hub city. It's not always convenient. It's sometimes the middle of nowhere. They didn't blink.
