Workwell bought my Accountants firm…
Workwell bought my Accountants firm some 7 years ago. Method was different and more automated which I did not initially enjoy but things change and that aspect is inevitable. Supporting me are a more dispersed team but it is in fact broader and wider and that can also be a better thing. For turnaround times it is beneficial when I am slow or late in communicating data for returns. On balance there are more resources and they seem to catch up for me and hit deadlines. I would like an easier chance to call someone sometimes but so far things have been handled well and things get done with rapid realise when required. New contacts appear which is good for the Ltd Co team and gives me new names I.e. new resources. Jamal Tibby sprung into action with quick response when I was later than usual submitting simple information that I had taken too long on. Turnaround was responsive to my deadline needs and went into action fast. Reliable and good backup for me. Thank you Jamal.

Agency review- avoid like the plague!
I am a recruitment agency they made the mistake of using Workwell and over 9 months, I’ve barely made a penny.. it’s all smoke and mirrors. Charges left right and centre and when queried, met with total silence. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague!
