Negative Reviews not Necessary…
I have read some of the negative reviews here, and I honestly question why. I see myself as a veteran in this game, and I can tell you that I have bought tons of stuff for all kinds of online businesses, and these guys are doing a very good job. My first major surprise is that they instantly (I mean INSTANTLY) email me each time I download a product that requires any extra info or instructions, giving clear instructions on usage, updating and troubleshooting. You don't get that anywhere. Before you damage their reputation here, please contact them first. Note: I have no personal affiliations with these guys; I am just posting my experience. In fact, I love them so much that I bought a lifetime subscription. Cheers

Five-star support experience. My skepticism disappeared immediately.
Honestly, i was surprised how quickly they responded and handled my request same day. I went from not being able to use it at all, to fixed and working. Well done!

Out of date stock, dishonest customer support
Initially tried this site due to a review from a few years ago -- how things have changed! I bought a monthly subscription, and was offered 'lifetime updates' at checkout, so I upgraded. When I wrote to support asking how that worked, I was told the lifetime updates addon only applies to individual purchases and not to monthlies, even though it was prominently promoted at checkout. No refund was offered, instead, support said I should have read the text on a different page -- which wasn't about the addon promotion. I concluded was being knowingly lied to, just to avoid refunding me an offer that wasn't related to what I bought. On checking out the site, 90% of themes and plugins have not been updated in the last 6 months to 1 year. Overall dissapointing experience. I cannot recommend. I suggest looking elsewhere for these services.
