They charge $7+ to ship a SIM card
They charge $7+ to ship a SIM card, which is advertised as free. The SIM came in a standard letter envelope, which cost about $1 or so to mail. First rip off. They gave me a 315 area code phone number. I installed the SIM card, it connected to the TELUS network. I tried calling out, nothing. Tried calling in, nothing. I tried calling the help line number. Connects with a message "the mailbox is full", that's it, nothing. I took out a help ticket and got a number:03250. No reply after a full week, during the week I updated the complaint. Nothing. I filled in the form for an RMA, nothing. They took my money, charged for the phone number and gave me nothing. They seem to be a scam. Beware

It is a completely fraudulent service. I do not recommend anyone to deal with it under any circumstances. It is a scam service that deceives customers and exploits them financially. The first time I purchased from them, I paid five dollars, and after a short period they closed my account and disconnected the line without any reason or explanation. The second time, I bought a SIM card from them again and paid thirty-five dollars. I also paid to recharge the balance, but the shipment never reached me and I did not receive the SIM card or any service at all. In clear terms, they took my money without providing anything in return. I have tried to contact them many times, but no one answers the phone. I also sent them messages through their website, but I never received any response. Their complete disregard and failure to respond prove that they are deliberately scamming and defrauding customers. Based on my personal experience, I confirm that this company is engaged in fraud and theft of people’s money, and I strongly advise everyone not to deal with them under any circumstances.

Do your homework better than I did
I should have read the reviews BEFORE trying the eSIM. Thankfully, it's low cost, but I could have saved that for something else. Never worked. Entered a service ticket, no response after two weeks; called the customer service number with an auto response that the inbox was full. Sounds like they no longer exist.
