Lesson Learned
Lesson Learned. They kept asking tax something that I did many times. They ware refusing to close my account according to their terms and conditions and sending me my investments. Basically they are just SCAMMERS. I had to filled a criminal report I filed a complaint, refused to allow them take my money, and had my money back in a matter of days with proffesional involvement which i employed. Avoid this awful platform! I was assisted with several other victims in recovering their money, I had given up all hope of ever having my money back. Merrillpath was recommended and they recovered my full investments of just over $260k legally, I'm filling another criminal report in all the countries I'm entitled to do so. I will not stop till everyone knows the truth. Save yourself before it's too LATE!!

It's an absolute scam
It's an absolute scam, don't be tricked into sending your money to them. I was pressured into investing and got locked out of my account when i tried to withdraw my money. It's an unlicensed brokerage run by false characters posing as professional traders. I once fell for their tricks and almost lost all my capital. I opened an account and was given a fake account manager to handle all my requests and issues. The manager convinced me into funding my account through false promises of incentives and profits on their investment deals. I invested a total of 3500 euros and waited for my money to grow. I requested for my money back after a month, to which i was told to pay an undiscussed tax fee. I reluctantly paid this to unlock my funds. However, nothing still changed about the issue. I started calling the manager and customer support to resolve the issue but i received no response or feedback from neither. I continued this for days until i reported them to the FCA, who informed me about the illegitimacy of their operations. I thought i had lost all my money until i reported them to BermudaFinance Security, a cybersecurity firm. They helped me retrieve my money through a coin chargeback process, since i made my payments with bitcoin. Don't fall for the schemes of Xtrader Fx, they are only interested in your money.
