n today's world, surrounded by chatbots and automated responses, I was genuinely impressed by the speed and quality of communication with Ivan during the charter booking process. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, which immediately gave me confidence in the whole process. What stood out most was how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was – from the first contact to the booking confirmation, everything went seamlessly and without any confusion. You can tell there's a team behind it that knows what they're doing and truly cares about their clients. It also meant a lot to me that I never felt like "just another number" – someone was actively following my case and helping me make the right decision. That's rare these days. Full credit to Yachtaris – this kind of approach and level of support

Great customer service
Aside from the great offer, what I loved the most was the customer service. Spoke with Ivan a few times, and he was super nice and chill every time. Not your usual "up-sale" conversations, but really there to help you out and give you awesome suggestions. We exchanged a few laughs, but most importantly, finalised the plans

Yachtaris came recommended - did not disappoint
Just made a charter booking through Yachtaris and it was a great, intuitive and - really important - fast experience! The site is clean, informative, pricing on par with other charter sites (we even got a slightly better deal than we would have using Boataround or Zizoo), and made it easy to book our first choice boat. I got the confirmation email from Ivana in less than an hour! Yachtaris came recommended by a friend who knows the team behind it. They're fairly new in the space, but I expect they'll already be big players in Croatia's charter booking world as early as season 2025. Keep it up, Yachtaris!
