Items were dispatched within about 3 days and they all arrived well packaged and unbroken by UPS. The candle scents I chose are all pleasing too.

I bought the Yankee Candle Black Cherry…
I bought the Yankee Candle Black Cherry reed defuser yesterday from the Yankee Candle store,whatever has happened to the product, it absolutely stinks of cheap and nasty ,you can't even call it a scent ,i used to buy them for birthdays and Christmas presents ,thankfully I bought it for myself,I would be embarrassed if I gifted it,i'm considering throwing it in the bin,I paid half price £8.49 ,no wonder they are going "cheap",they smell nothing like black cherry,do not waste your money,I would never recommend Yankee candle now

I bought 2 large cookie candles…
I bought 2 large cookie candles thinking these will give a nice scent around my house bit I was mistaken. There was NO scent at all it was just a candle nothing more. I definitely wouldn't buy them again, I've also said to people not worth buying dont waste your money.

For the second time running an order…
For the second time running an order from Yankee Candle has been delivered to me smashed to pieces.The first order I claimed and had to send photos of smashed candles just to get a refund which I duly did.now the second time again received smashed after speaking to customer service they again wanted proof by sendig a phot but I am so fed up with their service I will throw away...disgusting

Repeated poor delivery/ignored by CS
Order HFGB00778407964 Order compromised by carrier, it was left on my doorstep for hours in a heatwave due to not being bothered to knock on my door or ring the bell. Yankee CS admitted in writing that the reason I had substandard goods was due to this (they barely had any fragrance whatsoever unless you literally went right up and smelt the reeds. Total waste of money as they may as well not even be in the room). I ordered 2 diffusers, 3 diffuser refills and a large Woodwick candle. The resolution was disappointing but I took it, one replacement diffuser. This was left in the exact same manner once more. I contacted Yankee to advise them of the same error again and have been completely blanked. That was July 17th so I’m pretty certain no response is coming. For a well known and not cheap brand its unacceptable to ignore your failed customers
